has a sense of honor and will see things to
the end. Besides, usually where they hold
courts are more open than jail areas, so
there is always the better chance to escape
without harming an old guy. (respect for the
elderly )

Better yet did they remember to put the cuffs on you? The ones that drain your magic so you can't turn invisible and sneak out when the guard leaves the door open when he goes to alert the other guys of your escape.
