Q: How do upgrades work? A: Areas of the Fort are flagged for upgrade based on Follower's reputation and the completion of a Specific quest (See Mod Page for more details). The Garden area will upgrade immediately upon fixing the water pipe, but all other changes require the player to pass through the front door of the Fort to trigger.
Q:Does this mod change any of the Fort's Interior Cells? A: To maintain compatibility with TGMIO, no - only the courtyard is changed in this mod. Q: Can I make and upload a patch for this mod? Or any of your other mods? A: Yes, as long as you credit the original mod and it's a requirement for the patch to function.
Q: Am I making mods again? A: Maybe, while I'd like to get back to it; I'm still bound by work and life commitments that severely limit the time I can spend on projects like this. I'll be working on some things in the background but can't commit to any timeframe or promises that I'll ever finish and release things. This mod looks amazing. However, since I use Freeside open uncut I can't use it. It's a real shame. I'm no modder so I'm probably talking out my ass. But would it be possible to make in compatible? Maybe have the changes take place when loading into Freeside? I love mods that overhaul factions and give a sense of progression to an area, so this is right up my alley.

Would it be possible to maybe make a patch for this Mormon Fort Playerhouse ? (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64005) or would something like that not be possible?
Did you know the God's fifth commandment "Thou shall not kill" was initially "Thou shall not wear a kilt"? But when the first Scotsmen came to be, they bullied him into changing it.

Should be possible to also use FnvEdit to remove the exterior cell edits on that mod (leaving the player home part untouched).
