Could you maybe give this a beefier firing sound? It almost sounds like it's using a suppressor with the sound it currently has

I noticed the drum magazine mod that you can apply to the gun itself is having a texture problem. I think this is because the drum magazine is taken from the vanilla asset of riot shotgun, if you have a retexture HD mod like weapons of milinea rexture or the standalone retexture mod installed, it will messed up the texture of drum magazine when you apply to the chinese carbine.

Yes, Millennia's retextures will break any mod that uses vanilla textures.

there's one issue with this one, jsawyer ultimate seems to completely remove default non-gra 12,7 SMG silencer from the game and Chinese assault carbine wont accept custom(gra) one. or maybe I'm wrong and it is still can be found?

I have no idea, I don't use JSawyer, sorry. As far as I know, weapon mods are distributed randomly by the game, so maybe it's just bad luck on your current playthrough?

just checked and it seems it's cut from the game: "Instances of standard Assault Carbine Mags and 12.7mm Silencers removed/replaced with GRA equivalents." could probably get one with console but don't feel like cheating

you don't play with jsawyer? why? makes game much more interesting, well at least for me. getting oneshotted by explosives never felt so fun before

I'm not a fan of overhauls, for the most part. Any mods I use, I like to make them myself. Overhaul projects tend to get too high on their own power and change too much.

      understandable

by the way, is it possible for someone who knows no idea what he's doing to fix some lines in .esp and make it work with gra silencer? I tried opening it with TESsnip but haven't found anything related to modifications, thought I'd just replace silencer id and it will magically work but turns out it's not as easy as I expected :)

You'll need to use FNVEdit. Load both the plugin and the GRA ESM in FNVEdit. Right-click on the plugin's name on the left-hand side of the screen and select "Add Master". When the window pops up, check the tickbox beside GRA. Next, expand the plugin's file tree on the left-hand side of the screen and expand the "Weapons" subheader. Click on the Chinese Assault Carbine entry, and the right-hand side of the screen should fill up with the weapon's stats. Scroll through those stats and you should eventually come across the mods section ("Modification 1", "Modification 2" and so forth. Right-click on the entry you want to change and select "Edit". A warning will pop up asking you if you really want to edit the file. Select Yes. Type in the FormID for the GRA version of the silencer. According to the wiki, its FormID is ##000824. In this case, I think the correct FormID you would enter in FNVEdit should be 01000824, but if that doesn't work, try 00, 02, 03, etc. until it works. Save the plugin, and you're done.

I always wanted a Draco AK-styled weapon in Fallout, and out of nowhere you just did one. Nice work.

I was considering it, but wasn't sure which ones to consolidate. Not everybody is going to want all the weapons in their game, and nothing I release will please everyone, so I figured I'd let people do it themselves. Less work for me that way, too :P

Thats ok thought!. I can merge these mod to all in one packaged, but it seems little bit hard.

That's exactly why I don't want to do it, haha

Not that it'd be technically difficult, but it would be very time-consuming, and at the end of the day there would be countless people messaging me asking "Why didn't you include X?" or "Can you make a version that has Y?" and I'm trying to avoid that at all costs.

This looks very interesting. I wonder if a retexture from Weapon Enhancement Pack from Fallout 3 would work on the weapon and Millenia retextures to work on the attachments.

Millenia's retextures probably won't work since they re-map the normals, or something like that. But a Fallout 3 retexture pack that only makes the textures higher-res ought to work. Try it!
