Installed the Overlord version, and I'm playing on TTW 3.3.2. but the DC Overlords seemed to be replaced the the Mojave Overlords, in both stats and appearance. Not a big problem, the other DC mutants are unchanged by the mod which is fine, hopefully, the tweak to keep Overlords from replacing all mutants at high levels from TTW Tweaks still gets through.
Didn't install the idle anim file that isn't recommended with TTW.
You're right, I hadn't checked TTW directly before, but it repurposes the vanilla creature records present in NV for DC overlords. I should have just made my own copies of them.
So should I just download the non-Overlord variant instead (RIP NV Overlord mesh that I do happen to like, I just don't want the DC variant gone either) or do I wait for an update fix of sorts? Thanks.
[Nevermind you updated this mod and fixed the replacement issue, thanks! I tried it and now DC and Mojave Overlords are their separate entities, awesome update! I also like how this mod only affects Mojave Mutants/Nightkin since they are minuscule in number compared to the many hordes of them in the Capital Wasteland; plus they're the OGs lol, great to see this mod revived!]
so, I think this mod is causing issues with ttw, cause I keep finding super mutants with laser rifles and similar in their inventories, but they never use them. Could you look at that, and check if it IS this mod, or I'm just crazy?
It could be this mod or any other mod that touches what Super Mutants use. If you've created a Bashed Patch, you likely need to forward over changes for Super Mutant to have them use more types of weapons by editing SupermutatnWeapons FormID. Sometimes the Bash Patch doesn't combine all data from the mods properly so you need to do manual edits. If you dont have a Bashed Patch, whatever mod lower in your load order will be the mod that overrides all changes.
Since you use TTW (3.3.2. I hope for my sake) can you tell me if DC Super Mutants are affected by this mod? I prefer that the buffs only apply to Mojave Super Mutants because they are far less abundant than DC Mutants.
Also, had you ever figured out the problem and found a fix? Does this mod play well with TTW in general?
You know I'm pretty sure you could take the actual super mutant texture and edit it to fit the overlord because the current texture does not look good. (no offence to the person that made them)
The original texture was made by Skarmonyx, its actually from a Fallout 3 Super Mutant texture mod refitted for the Overlord. It looks really bad because it lacks a normal map and details in the diffuse (possibly because Skarmonyx used a slightly modified normal rather than making one from scratch). This texture is from around 2011 and was modified by cib01 for a big monster resource pack.

In Dead Money DLC after Dog gives back your items, you'll also have super mutant fisticuffs. I think it's because you didn't check the Embedded weapon flag on them.

It already took forever to beat the final boss in King of the Ring before. I can't imagine what it's like now.
?it would be amazing if it does so
