Install:
Just throw the goodspringsplayerhouse.esp in your Fallout New Vegas > Data folder.


Important:
-The bighorner in your garden should walk out so don't worry about him, and the one in front will just hang around the road so he's fine too.
-The screenshot with the Maria on the table isn't fully accurate because the Maria is actually a 9mm pistol when you go in, and some other items in that screenshot only are slightly moved around
-Don't worry this house is 100% lore friendly and is good for new / low level players.
