Looking into this. The mod is so old (as is my FoNV install) that I may end up just rebuilding the whole thing. Forgot how bad the GECK is (already crashed it 3 times in 10 minutes) and FNVEdit 4.0.3 doesn't seem to want to load the mod.
Either way I will try and have this updated in some way or another within a few hours.
yes finally a no decay mod that is lore friendly and not too over powered. as you increase your rank your knowlege of keeping guns and armor up to standard increases as you upgrade. loving it
