Ok so i've done some search of a ambience perfect for that penthouse that sets the mood, and the name is actually perfect for the place, it is called "Pieces of the Past" from Fallout 3 take a listen Fallout 3 OST - Pieces of the Past - YouTube, and give me your thought, the second one that could be put is the "Dream Town" from Fallout 2 Fallout 2 - Soundtrack - "Dream Town" (Modoc) - YouTube as its calm and nice for the view, the penthouse is more of a choice than a request, i'll leave to you to pick the one you like more, also you could remove entirely and its fine too
It´s ok dude, i also got distracted with all the work and new stuff theres been now, almost forgot i asked this to you, only remember now because i'm reinstalling the game after i format my pc, and now i have to redownload some mods, so thats why i remember to see if there was a update, cuz some mods i have did had a update and made me go trought the list all the way lol

Both are amazing choices imo! Fallout 3's ambient soundtrack was beautifully crafted (underratedly so) and Pieces of the Past is a personal favorite of mine.
A must-have for a sane stay in the Lucky 38. I love the soundtrack for New Vegas, but they really did go overboard with how often the music really plays. This is highly recommended in conjunction with Lucky 38 No Wind so that the place can actually be properly dead and eerie, and you can get some actual peace and quiet.
Wen the creator of Fallout NV made Lucky 38 suite they must had think: Why not put a dungeon background sound in this place to s#*! all over our great work?
Finally picked up FONV again and made it all the way to Lucky 38. This mod is working exactly the way I wanted: no creepy music, no annoying wind noise (even without the Lucky 38 no Wind mod). Thanks for making this mod.
That might also be a side effect of me changing another sound statistic / setting within the GECK for that cell along with the Penthouse cell, forgot which exactly but it had something to do with reverb and acoustics. No problem. Thanks again for the downloading.

1/20/2021 Edit: This bug has been fixed as of the latest version. Was due to a cell data change - fix - cell data removed from .esp.
