You might want to make it so that you can add any perk, not just the ones you've hand chosen to be available. Haven't seen anything else like it, so it would definitely get some loving.
When I use your terminal to add the perks, the perks listed file into off screen. Is this something that happens to anyone else? If so, could you convert the screens with many perks into multiple pages? It will make it navigable. Otherwise, pretty kool. I really like this idea.

Two questions: 1. Does "variety of perks" mean just ones that you've selected, all in the game by default, all ingame and modded, or what? 2. Why is your HUD such a dark blue? O_O
1. Just the ones i've selected, which is pretty much every single perk in the game (excluding DLC perks). 2. Not sure, it shows orange for me in my game.
