This mod is considered finished, and won't be updated unless something is terribly broken and needs to be fixed.

This mod refurbishes the Old World Blues DLC player quarters by adding tons of new clutter and furniture. It looks pure awesome. Hence the name.
I made this modification for myself, so it's build according to my needs and preferences. I thought others would enjoy it too. So here I am.

The shineys here may not always serve a purpose. They might just be there to look good, not to function, but damn it looks classy as hell (YMMV) .
 
EMPTY THE SINK BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD!! MOVE OUT OF THE CELL IF YOU ALREADY HAD STUFF IN THE SINK. ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR SAVE GAME BEFORE TRYING NEW MODS!

:: GENERAL INFO ::
• The terminal in the living room is static on purpose
• Everything in this place is static, if you wanna loot a house, look somewhere else.
I hate when my carefully placed decorations get sent flying by the game physics and I really do not have time to waste setting up displays in my home. I got Deathclaws to kill, bro
• Every other storage part from the Sierra Madre Dropbox is safe and does not respawn
• Cleaned and polished with FNVEdit
• Fully navmeshed so Muggy wanders around the place nicely

:: KNOWN ISSUES / INCOMPATIBILITIES ::
• Mods that alter the structures in The Sink are incompatible
• If you add this after you've upgraded The Sink, the brain tank might be in the wrong location and doesn't get updated in the right new spot
• Radio might not work
