1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1. Extract to Fallout New Vegas/Data and enable the mod in the
Fallout New Vegas Launcher.

Bug 1 - Non Restocking Vendor

Ordinarily the Sink Vendor will respawn every 3 days BUT you
must be outside the game cell where the vendor is. Since its
effectively your apartment this NEVER happens.

This is a quick fix it adds a quest script that will trigger
every 3 days resetting the vendor containers so it gets new
stock and removing all items you've sold. As well as removing
all vendor money and replacing it with 16,000 caps as intended.

The script will trigger immediately upon activating the mod and
then every 3 days providing at least 60 seconds have passed in
the game. So if you wait 3 days in front of the vendor so it
restocks you'll have to wait 60 seconds of real time for the
script to kick in.

Bug 2 - Non Respawning Garden

Apparently the sink garden does not respawn correctly either since
it follows the same cell reset rules as the Sink Vendor. I've
written a script that will reset plants every day so they look
ready to be harvested and can be. As with the Vendor bug the
script will only trigger every 60 seconds of real time.

NOTE: The Pinto beans looks are FUBARED that's the best way i can
put it. They will be harvestable but due to being fubared they
will always look empty.

You see plants have two states empty and ready to harvest. Each
plant upon harvesting is told to cycle the plant animation making
it look empty. When the cell resets its told to cycle it again
to look full. The pinto beans regardless if you tell them to
cycle forwards or backwards refuse to change from looking empty.
I copied a part of the scripting from the original harvesting
scripts for this fix so for the pinto beans to not work would
mean that its probably not just the ones in your garden that
have broken looks.

Bug 3 - Low Dehydration Sink

Normally sinks restore 200 dehydration when you use them. This
is also true for the sink in the apartment but unfortunately if
you use the dialog option to select a drink rather than the menu
system you will only have 25 dehydration restored. This fix
simply changes it to 200 dehydration as it should be.
