I got fed up with having to dismiss companions every time I needed to visit The Sink, so I changed the balcony door into an "Access To Mojave Wasteland". Grab the optional file and overwrite. It allows you to bring followers in the Sink and removes the Transponder hassle. LORE UNFRIENDLY AND CHEATY. But so much more convenient.

I've figured out the issue with the Goodsprings Snowglobe not appearing, and can provide both instructions on how to fix it, and a corrected .esp file.

To fix the issue, follow these steps:

    1. Open the file in FNVEdit.
    2. Search for the record with FormID of "xx007BD3".
    3. Give that item an Editor ID of "refGoodspringsSG".
    4. Search for the record with FormID of "xx006ED5".
    5. At the middle of the right side of the screen, you'll see a bunch of Global References under the heading of References. Select the 6th reference from the top (it'll also be called "refGoodspringsSG").
    6. Right-click to edit this record, and enter "xx007BD3".
    7. Save and exit.

That's it. Now, when you next interact with the Snowglobe collection, the Goodsprings one will appear. This can be done without uninstalling the mod, and is perfectly safe for those who've already activated the Snowglobe collection before making this alteration.

Thanks this fixed the problem with the Goodsprings snowglobe for me. For some reason for globes I picked up after starting OWB I had to spawn in Jane since I killed her and sell her the globe before I could interact with the stand to add more, but that fixed all my globe issues.

Heya I don’t know if anyone still needs this but I figured it out. I’ll try to make it as specific and concise as possible

1.) Go to xEdit/FNVedit (they’re the same thing), for me I ran it thru MO2 because it’s much easier that way, and that’s where my mods are.

2.) Ignore literally everything that’s on the screen and focus only on the left side of the screen. Head straight to the .esp named ‘TheSinkRemodel.esp’ and just simply click on the + at the side and it should

3.) From there, there should be another drop down line named ‘Activator’. It should bring you another drop down, but ignore everything but the first line that has the form ID ‘xx007BCD’ and the EditorID of EliSnowGlobesActivator, and click it. For me specifically, the form ID was 26007BCD but I don’t know if that’s because it was plugin 26 on my mod manager so it might be different. I believe this is why EmperorNiro’s instructions were specifically xx007BCD but I would suggest you follow that

4.) On the right side of FNVedit, there should be a page titled ‘Referenced By’ or something similar to that. Simply click that. You should now be on a page where it shows the record named ‘refGoodspringsSG’. Simply double click this.

5.) We should now be where all the items and stuff are open. ‘xx007BCC’ should be highlighted. Ignore literally everything else and just scroll down slightly until you see the FormID ‘xx007BD3’ just as EmperorNiro mentions. Click on that, and turn to the right of FNVedit. Look at the line named ‘EDID - Editor ID’, right click, and press edit. It will come up with a notification asking if you are sure if you want to edit, just press ok after the 3 second wait. After that, simply just type in refGoodspringsSG.

6.) Scroll back up and just close the whole drop down menu of Block 3 and go straight to another line named ‘Script’. Click on it, and on the right of FNVedit, this should be where all the references are. Just as EmperorNiro says, select the 6th reference from the top, and right click on the side that starts with ‘refGoodspringsSG’. Click edit, and ignore everything else but what is in the square brackets, and type in ‘xx007BD3’. The end result should be something like [REFR:26007BD3] Again, for me it was 26007BD3 so it might be different for everyone.

7.) And that’s all, simply save and exit and it should work in game. I hope this was explained well enough and this can help people ^^; And also huge apologies if I got some terminologies wrong, I don't think what I referred to as drop down menus are actually called that but that's what I saw them as and I hope it'll help people as well

      Edit: Formatting

Does anyone have a recent fix guide for the Goodsprings snowglobe to appear? I know someone has provided a fix below a few years ago however I’m not well versed in FNVedit and I was unable to fix it. Thanks ^^ this is a great mod nonetheless

Edit: Figured it out, please ignore :)

Hello, I commented on another user's thread that has unfortunately been buried I think, I'll just copy and paste it here :)

1.) Go to xEdit/FNVedit (they’re the same thing), for me I ran it thru MO2 because it’s much easier that way, and that’s where my mods are.

2.) Ignore literally everything that’s on the screen and focus only on the left side of the screen. Head straight to the .esp named ‘TheSinkRemodel.esp’ and just simply click on the + at the side and it should have a drop down menu containing 'File Header', 'Activator', 'Cell' etc. If you’re having trouble finding the plugin there should be a file search bar and just put in TheSinkRemodel in the name

3.) From there, focus on the line named ‘Activator’. Click it to bring a drop down menu, and ignore everything except the first line that has the form ID ‘xx007BCD’ and the EditorID of EliSnowGlobesActivator, and click it. For me specifically, the form ID was 26007BCD but I don’t know if that’s because it was plugin 26 on my mod manager so it might be different. 5.) We should now be where all the items and stuff are open. ‘xx007BCC’ should be highlighted in blue.

This is my first time playing Fallout, but I have always used your beautiful player homes for Skyrim and wondered if there was something similarly awesome for FNV. Pleasantly surprised to find this! :D

Wonderful work, just wonderful - so cosy, so cluttered, SO STATIC Love it!

My little guide on how to completely awesomise the whole Old World Blues DLC:

o Essential stuff, install before entering the OWB and in this very sequence:
    1 Elianora's Awesomised Sink (OWB)
2 Old World Blues - Unique Think Tank Members
3 OWB Brain Bots Lip Sync Animation
4 Animated Interactive Faces for Automated Personalities of Old World Blues
5 Elianora's Awesomised Sink (OWB) and Animated Interactive Faces Patch
(I installed them in one go without any issue)

o A tiny but lovely little retexture, and it doesn't add up to the plugin count so there's really no reason not to have it:
    6 Seed package retexture

o Extra locations (the OWB sorely misses extra locations and content, so these are all the more valuable):
    7 Z-76 Crystal Observation Facility
    8 Crash landing
9 Cool club (this one's more on the Wild Wasteland side)

o Additionaly, before even entering OWB, my advise is to finish this:
10 (or 0) Vertibird Player Home
Not only will you have a vertibird to use in the Mojave, but specifically in case of OWB it will come in handy once you're done with the DLC's content and you just want to check if there's maybe some location or a goodie you might have missed -- and although the OWB's worldspace is small, it is still quite tedious to just blindly wander around. So a vertibird will save you a ton of time and actually make the experience fun, plus it is indeed fun in itself to take a look at OWB from high up, once you've finished it on foot. This indeed helped me find a few Elijah's goodies in one less accesible spot.

A nicely chosen guide, thank you.
I hope to see modular mod groups like this as Vortex mini-collections one day.  Till then, its still a manual world.

I feel a bit dumb for asking this, but where is the mojave access door from the optional files supposed to be? I can't find anything near vault 22, and don't have a marker on my map.i installed the optional file after the main one via mo2 and hit 'merge' when installing, i didn' install the sortomatic files.

For anyone having troubles completing the Bio-station portion of Field Research, you probably have more than 1 copy of some dried seeds in your inventory because there's a box of it placed it in the Sink for some reason. Use the console to remove extra copies, then the Bio-station will accept it.

so im having an issue where the LR snowglobe is only showing up in the lucky 38 and not in the sink, and the HH snowglobe is showing up in the sink but not in the lucky 38, is there a way I can fix this, perhaps to consoul commands?
    1. Same here except for me it's all the main game snowglobes and LR, did you ever find a fix?

I know that you're no longer working on FNV mods, so I was hoping if I could make a patch for those of us who use Tale of Two Wastelands with your permission?

Yeah I have open permissions on patches and translations, as long as they're either dependent on my main file or a replacer esp using my ba2/bsa files :)
