Updated scripts to allow the weapon to work with mods that unequip and reequip weapons via script.
Changed the damage values of most every caliber. Everything is a bit more damaging, making each caliber the best for that type, even over unique weapons.
Due to realizing that 12.7mm is actually a very large pistol round, I have demoted it considerably. It is no longer the absolute best, but it is much better than the 12.7mm pistol.
Because of changes in the weapon damages, the order in which calibers are swapped has been changed.

Changed how the ammo is switched. Now uses dummy weapon forms that hold all data instead of hard coded into the script

Every ammo type now has a unique sound when firing
