Since it's been so long,-09, I doubt any work on this is still going on, lol. However, I have a few things to say about the Mod.
    - First; it works just fine and functions well, overall.
    - I have over 100 days, in game, and the general store/merchant still doesn't have and goods or money.
    - The Chest does move a lot, lol, but the big problem with it is that it's a Trash Can ! It doesn't "Store" any items, it gets rid of them.
    - When I talk to the "Village Elder", I'm talking to Myself. Also with ALL other village elders, I have to "Go to village Center" to speak to the Actual Elder of that Village.
    - I have been CLONED !! I went to see the King in Jelkala and when I went to the door to exit, there I was, standing at the door. Surprise !!! HA..I took a screen shot or two and will post them. Also, I have seen MYSELF on the Roster of an enemy party. I checked to see how many and of what type of troops before I attacked, and there I was, Second to the leading Lord. Must be my Evil Twin, I never did get along with him.
-The close Village of Yargar is the same color as the Fort, so I guess it is the Forts' fief, but I can't make any improvements to it or Manage it or have it "Given" to me.
I like the Ideas you have for expanding the mod. I think having my own Commanders Quarters would be great. Make sure there is a Fireplace, Table AND Chairs, as I hate Standing when I dine, lol. Maybe 2 story with the Bed Chamber up stairs? Really, that would be cool.
Might I suggest implementing some Visual/Physical representations of the Upgrades, like an actual Prisoner Tower and even a Small Messenger Post. Maybe a Barracks and some other improvements that give the Fort/Town some actual Stat Bonuses. Maybe something like a Small Field with Crops, a Blacksmith or a Corral to raise a few head of Cattle to help support the Fort. Just a few suggestions. But the Merchant/Store definitely needs to Fixed.
BTW, on one of the games,( I have 2 running with this mod), the Fort actually did get Attacked by a Siege Party. It didn't "Fall" or change hands and the attack was over before I could get back to the fort. But making it able to Siege is a good Idea.
Anyway, I'd like to see more in this mod if your' even still thinking about it,lol.
Good Mod with a lot of potential. Thanks for making it available.
