Wow, you know I choose Sharn gra-Muzgob for the same custom spells in my personal modding.  Called it restore magicka though not as creative as some!

    Good day, all.
ButaneBoss, thank you for the mod.
If anything could improve the gaming experience, it is this.
Would you provide the console command to add the new spell to the spell book?

tried making a new character, but "feedback" still doesn't appear in her list of spells for sale.
edit: it appeared after making a new merge objects/leveled lists and starting new game.

BlueHattedDunmer, thank you very much for now I am "able to enchant an item to RESTORE YOUR F***ING MAGICKA!!! F*** YEAH!!!" I always thought it strange that sleep is the only natural means to restore health and magicka. Like that can't be replicated in the world with Dwemer. If only real-life sleep was like that.

I don't know if it is a conflict with another mod but i can craft Restore Magicka spell now with that mod, though it was not possible.

Edit: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43977 probably that mod who conflict with the "no craft"

It doesn't add the spell to the vendor's spell list on a current save. You have to add the spell to your spell list via console commands, Or make a new character.
      player->addspell "Feedback"

The mod downloaded and installed without incident - I put it fairly low in the load order.

The "Feedback" spell didn't appear in Sharn's list of spells for sale. Maybe she doesn't have it or perhaps the PC needs to be at a certain character level, a certain Restoration level, has to have completed some quest, or something else. You should investigate this: if there is a condition for buying it, that should be stated in the Description; otherwise, look at fixing whatever modification you made to Sharn.

The spell could be obtained via the console. Esterdalin didn't have Restore Magicka in her Spellmaking list; Galbedir did have it in her Enchanting list.

Casting the spell several times, at no cost, raised the Restoration level: an obvious and easy exploit.

No actual "Enchanting" attempt was made (no filled soul gem on hand). I did note that restoring 43 magicka points required 10 enchantment points for cast on self. So, using something like an exquisite ring with a strong soul, could allow hundreds of magicka points to be restored.

I have a low-level (4) test character I use for this sort of thing. I'll try a real enchantment when I start a new game with this mod installed: that should be tomorrow. I'll advise further if I encounter any problems with actually enchanting an item.

Update: When I started a new game, Sharn did have the spell Feedback in her list of spells for sale. Also, I had no problems with creating an enchantment. I have endorsed this mod.

it's a interesting mod, but I feel like is quite unbalanced allow to restore magicka for items like ring, armor, weapons etc..

It will be fair and so balance, if this effect was just for SCROLL and who got the idea to enchant this effect on other items, to destroy PERMANENTLY the item, same happen for SCROLL *-*

I can't seem to get this mod working. I have it in data files (should probably confirm that), and I have it selected through the morrowind launcher.

    Are there any dependancies?
Is there a recommended load order?
Does it not work on previous game saves?
Would it conflict with Fair Magicka Regen V2B or Enchanting Made Possible?

I'm a level 42 Battle Mage, and I was finally getting around to enchanting my gear, and I wanted a magicka regen enchantment. Got used to that in Oblivion and Skyrim.

Edit: it seems that the only issue is with the vendor. I added the spell via commands and it works fine as a spell and for enchanting.
