I tried every single cliff racer remover / non hostile mod on this site I could find but still got attacked or could see cliff racers. This was the last one I tried AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS. Thank you!!! I swear, if another cliff racer attacked me I was going to puke.
Haven't had the problem Jemolk mentioned, they are still flying around in my game. (Not that I'd mind if they just dropped dead). :D
You set their HP to 1? Oh god, with the way the Morrowind engine works (I don't know why, and this mod is probably fine with OpenMW), we're going to be finding dead cliff racers all over the place. Probably ought to set their health to 2. (In case you didn't know, creatures and NPCs die at 1 health rather than needing to hit 0. Yeah, I know, it's bizarre. I don't understand why they would do that either. Limitations of available technology I guess?)
