This isnt bad at all and makes some cool and interesting additions that fit in quite nicely, what you have done is a very good foundation for something that could be fantastic. However.. this mod in its current state has some issues, and is incomplete leading me to feel that i will have to push this mod aside in hopes that it recieves some more work and love. Which is dissapointing, as i was otherwise quite pleased with what you've done.

The few containers with items contained within, have been found to be identical in numerous others.

There are few master mortal and pestals found around in conatiners that can be abused, and too many containers/barrels/crates that have zero loot contained within.

There is a floating lantern along the fence before the silt strider for no apparent reason.

The player homes do not react to stealing valuables with the homes,  besides the bards barter store with the trainer and argonian contained within. (Although, they do not become hostile when items are stolen)

One ship, has a terribly placed door that allows you to see within, doing so shows no textures for walls inside which has you seeing the water and terrain outside.

Some of the houses and rooms of the ships feel incompleted with decorations and containers.

The player house introduced has some gaps inside the house that arent properly alligned, allowing you to see outside the interior and many containers within that are sharing the same loot.

Tested compatibility with lived towns - seyda neen by Virnetch v1.2, the only issue was the barrels and clutter on the bridge by the lighthouse preventing access.

    Hello Kvenaas

A new modder here. I know its weird to say this but I want to continue your work. Granted it won't be the same as what you did with your mod, but I see elements in it that work. I see potential to build something better, but I will require your permission first. Please give it a shot.

    Regards

After installing this mod my hires landscape textures in and around seyda neen are replaced with vanilla ones.
(version 1.3, because I don't want that house in 1.4)

In case it matters: I use the Texture fix 2.0 by Slartibartfast (http://mw.modhistory.com/download-90-10353)
I'll try it again without that fix and let you know.

Very strange. I reinstalled your mod and now it works.
I don't know why, but I was testing many mods these days - perhaps there was a conflict with another mod.
I also updated the mlox tool and updated my load order.

      Sorry for the trouble.

I found out that your mod should be near the top of your load order. The texture bug occures when it's at the bottom of the load order.
