Why you ask? Well, one would think that you could just simply uncheck the the Bloodmoon.esm. That seems the simplest and most logical way of removing it from the game. Right? But then you will also find that half of your mods won't work because they require the Bloodmoon.esm. Now you understand the problem, you will understand why some people might need a mod like this.
I personally think Solstheim was a little too near to Vvardenfell and the mainland(TR), even in the anthology. Tried moving the island more towards the north using tesfaith but it left many issues.
Maybe this mod can help modders to move Solstheim anywhere they want without causing issues.
