    Don't know if any one is interested but I am in the process of jump starting this project again.
    This time although the starting quest will be the same...
    Jarvik (Yarvic) will only consist of 2 cells... plus the Asylum...
    the idea will be to make this a complete and finished part one of the overall project.
    The rest of the cells can be added once the first part is completed.

      Do feel free to make mods of any description dependent upon the "The Big City" though.

    How about turning this into a ghost town? Add spooky atmosphere, some fitting music, and one overarching quest. Something about a spell which turned almost all citizens into ghosts, for example.

    Maybe a little more patience is in order...
    What you forgot is that openmw is coming ! I just tested it, and it sure has a huge potential, even if for now it's not finished (but morrowind + tribunal + bloodmoon already fully playable, + lots of mods already supported, and a perfect stability). + obviously totally open source, which gives it this huge potential.
    With it everything becomes possible if you are really willing !

    I noticed from your readme that you welcome mods dependent on your mod. Would you be interested in a NoM addon for Jarvick?
    As I use NoM and made a small mod with a few NoM street traders and some dwemer water pumps. I picked dwemer as they most fitted with the Steampunkish theme of Jarvick.

    Thank you for uploading the Pre-Alpha here.
    The quest that takes you to the city is funny and works well. The city is feeling really nice and you get the expression that its built over time - just like a regular medieval city.
