Morrowind Modding Showcases - Wyrmhaven 2020 Flyby
First released in 2013 by Neoptolemus, Wyrmhaven is one of the more impressive and polished landmass mods to be released for Morrowind, outside of the province mods, with a beautiful set of new islands set just to the west of Solstheim, home to the port city of Wyrmhaven, as well as a number of ruins from past attempts to colonize this small but wild island chain. Wyrmhaven's history is full of old tales, dating back to the Chimer, but today it's controlled by the Empire, and plays the home to the Order of Kynareth, with some 26 new quests for you to go on!Nearly seven years after it was released, Wyrmhaven remains a beautiful and scenic island to visit, with plenty for you to see and do, and with out-of-the-box compatibility with the major province mods, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't give this mod a try!Download Links:Wyrmhaven By NeoptolemusVurt's Groundcover (Required for Grass Addon)Note: Compatible with SHOTN, Tamriel Rebuilt, Morrowind Rebirth, and probably OpenMWThis video was recorded using the Morrowind Graphics Guide. Also note, this video was recorded with CinemaCam by Rytelier. The music in this video is from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Soundtrack By Jeremy Soule.
Top Ten Morrowind Mods of 2013 - A Retrospective
Today we're taking a look back in time to one of the most tumultuous yet highly productive years of Morrowind modding with a top ten list of the best Morrowind mods released in 2013. Despite cataclysmic events shutting down the community's primary mod hosting websites, the Morrowind modding community released over 650 mods in 2013, more than pretty much every year since, including some truly amazing mods that'll no doubt stand the test of time for years to come. Needless to say though, with so many mods released, I haven't played them all, and this top ten list is composed of mods I've played and enjoyed only, so it may leave out some pretty important mods or miss a few that should have been included, so feel free to share your own favorite Morrowind mods of 2013! Morrowind Modding Trailers - Wyrmhaven
Welcome to the third episode of our latest series, Morrowind Modding Trailers. These are meant to be short scenic videos of various mods from around the Morrowind Modding Community without all the narration that one finds in an episode of Morrowind Modding Showcases. Let us know in the comments below! In this week's trailer we're showing off Wyrmhaven By Neoptolemus, a new island west of Solstheim featuring a large new city to explore, a new faction to join with several quests, and much more. The island is covered in the numerous ruins of previous settlements, so you can be sure to find adventure around every corner! Why not go ahead and give it a try today?
