A well-planned town mod (that actually has quests!) Unfortunately, it has some dirty references. I had a guy on the outskirts of Balmora welcoming me to a town on the outskirts of Vivec.

Looks like I have to choose between this and Vivec Expansion 3.1. That's a hard choice, but I had this mod on an old play through and I loved it. I was hoping for a patch for VE 3.1, but I guess an entire new town wins the coin toss. I can always do a different character and use VE 3.1. The lag from that mod was starting to get unbearable anyway.

EDIT- Wow! Everyone within two days of Serabul seems to think they now live there. I was walking into Pelagiad and everyone was welcoming me to Serabul and telling me all about it. Then when I went to Ebonheart it was the same, everyone had somehow been added to the Serabul faction.

I love the detail and size of the city, it is amazing how cleanly it fits into the landscape. I just can't deal with it changing all the NPCs within at least 35-40 cells around it. I tried changing my load order and a bunch of other stuff, but it didn't work.

This mod is incompatible with Vivec Expansion 2.0. TESPCD shows landcape entry(potential conflict),and in this case sadly it's true.It results in a very big land seam, and bottom of most buildings covered by water.

I haven't really played any of this mod. I did a run through to make sure it looked nice with the vanilla content and nothing was broken. So far I'm in love. This town is very well designed and looks like it should have always been there. Good job! If everything else works out there is deff an endorsement coming

My only problem with this is that using Almsivi Intervention in Vivec City seems to take me here, rather than the Vivec Temple Canton. Otherwise I've enjoyed what little I've accidentally seen (trying to keep discovery organic) and find the 10 Exclusive Restore carrying fast travel guy convenient at higher levels. Good mod!

Very much enjoying this so far! The town is very pleasant and I'm considering making it my current character's home. I would like to report two issues I've encountered:

1.(SPOILERS kinda, but I'm keeping it vague for those who haven't done the quest) During a certain murder mystery quest, a certain character offers you a bribe. When I tried to refuse his bribe, it looped me back to him asking if I wanted to accept the bribe. I tried several more times to turn him down, but because I was trapped in dialogue, I had no choice but to accept his money. Fortunately, he didn't actually take the evidence off of me, so I was able to turn him anyway.

    2. My Almsivi Interventions are taking me from areas just north of -- and even inside of -- Vivec to Serabul. I don't think this is a bug, per se, but it is a tad annoying when I'm trying to get to the Vivec temple and I wind up across the water from my destination. Is it necessary for Serabul to have an Almsivi marker?

Again, really enjoying this mod so far. Well done!

This is a great city mod that fits in well with the Ascadian Isles while being unique enough to make it a worthwhile stop for any players. The city is fairly well designed, with many unique homes, a handful of copied vanilla interiors that have thankfully been modified, some new unique dialogue, a few dungeons and a number of quests. All of it seems to have been well-crafted, and I only encountered one dialogue-hole bug (with the temple quest) during my entire play-through with Serabul. I was quite surprised at the depth and atmosphere of the included dungeons, which went from dark and foreboding with zombies and skeletons popping out of the darkness, to long and deep mines that delved far beneath the city. Overall, this is quite possibly one of the better town mods made for Morrowind, with plenty of quests and dungeons to keep the player occupied, and a number of services to make the city a worthy stop in the Ascadian Isles. Add to the fact that the city looks and feels like a natural extension of the Ascadian Isles, and that the file is completely clean of any dirty references, there's no reason not to recommend it! Highly Endorsed!

but the eggmine is a little bit to big.
