Hi there are you still maintain this mod? It seems that something is done wrong so after rent the bed does not become permitted like in other pubs after bed rental. It is problematic if you are using Bed Buddies mod? (which prevents you from sleeping in owned beds).
Sorry for the very late reply, but I do not offer support for this mod as I no longer make mods for Morrowind. If you wish you can send me the modified esp and I will upload it here.
