   50k is too much for this farm, 5k would probably be better.

      Sorry have you got an expenditure of 400k coming up soon or some investment or "expedition to Akavir" coming up? In all fairness with Morrowinds economy, (slaves and very expensive raw material and general rare goods), you cant really fault the expense lol. But yh 5 or 10k sounds more reasonable for what? A small farm that doesn't produce choice crop or cashcrops? (cashcrops as in real life Sugar, coffee etc.)

   can’t seem to get the dialogue option to buy it. seems like others are having this problem and have for a while. please fix.

   He wont sell to me. I have the gold, but there is no option to buy. I bribed him and got his disposition up to 100. I even joined house Hlaalu, but nothing. Can you fix it or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

   Mr Hlaalu doesnt seem to want to sell. I dont get any dialogue regarding the farm from him. It could be a bad mix with MCA. any suggestions?

   Kinda cool! I like how you have to pay for it and not just "given" like most mods. Most certainly going to try it.
