the texture cannnot be installed by MEM because its custom resolution 800x800. If you remake tpf with proper resolution its been installed with no problem. This is what i did and works fine.
Hey nice idea to bring these mods to the nexus considering that the BSN won't available anymore soon. Are you planning on sharing most (or even all) of the ME Mods here? I can imagine that you can't reach their creators anymore but you credited them well enough so i think it's nice for you to stop all their work from being deleted. Btw if you should not already have planned to upload these too, there are some nice squadmate outfit retextures from from Razyx for both ME2 and ME3 featuring Samara and Miri armor, a sealed suit for Thane and Liara facial tatoos which i loved while playing:
