Hi Maryse, I gotta say when I unlocked these armors in ME1 I thought they looked so awesome, and was frustrated by how badly they where textured. I love what you have done with the female (HMF) version. Since the male version is similar in many aspects, do you plan on working the HMM version too? Thanks again!
Hi, this is a really great mod but I have a question.
Sorry if this makes me sound stupid (I certainly feel stupid) but how do I get this to work with ME1? I have tried using texmod, texplorer as well as the application in ME3Explorer which lets you automatically swap textures. It seemed to work but I can't find this version of the armour in-game, just the original console only armours. Am I missing something? Is my brain derping? Halp.
Edit: Nvm.. I just reinstalled for the fifth time and suddenly it works right. Was getting funky shadows and stuff. Looks very cool. I'm an idiot. Ignore me, I will just fade back into the shadows now in shame.
There are a lot of armors in ME1 with the same textures of Wasea's one, only colors change in the others (the hidden armors which i'm talking about are these: Jorman Armor Hazard, Jorman Armor Crisis, HKShadow Armor Spectre, HKShadow Armor Janissary, Batarian Armor Skirmish, Batarian Armor Partisan, Cerberus Armor Hoplite, Cerberus Armor Freedom). Can be unlocked by activating in-game console, they look good and very powerful
Apologies for not getting to you, but I'm glad the issue resolved itself. The black spots can usually be fixed by right clicking the texture, fixes>No Render Fix. If that fails, try the Low Res Fix as well. That's what I usually do any way. CarbonCanyon is correct, you must use console commands to get the armours.
Yes it can! The experimental .tpf to .mod in ME2Explorer can convert it to be used by the ME2 ModMaker, run it through that and you're good. Alternatively if you're more savvy with texplorer itself, saltisgood's .tpf extracter can get the raw .dds texture files from the .tpf.
Wut, new texture mods ? Awesome ! Looks pretty nice too, nice job. I'm the author of the compilation of textures A.L.O.T, can I add your textures to it ? You would be credited of course .
