The coalesced.ini mod work fine, and I can have Miranda's outfit for Shephard, but the texture don't.
    It doesn't work with TexMod.
It doesn't work with ALOT. ALOT tells me it cannot build the file.
I tried converting the .tpf to .mem, but MEM (included with ALOT in SETTINGS>GAMER UTILITIES) tells me it cannot do that because the texture is not a power of 2.
I tried extracting the texture from the .tpf. The texture are in BMP and not DDS. Tried to convert it to DDS with GIMPS then repack the .tpf. No success with ALOT, MEM or TexMod. Tried to resize for a 2048*2048 (original was 2024*2024) : no success.

EDIT : IT WORKS. BUT HELL WAS IT DIFFICULT.
Here's how I did it, exactly (some step may be unnecessary) :
1 - Extract the .bmp file with ME3Explorer (you can find it online) > TPF Tools.
2 - (Maybe unnecessary) Modify the .bmp make it 2048*2048. You can use any image tool for that.
3 - Use ME3Explorer > UTILITIES > Image Engine to convert the .bmp file to a .dds file with DDS_DXT5 compression.
4 - Repack your .dds into a .tpf with TPF Tools. (Load it. Then Build TPF. Name don't matter)
5 - Launch MEM in ALOT>SETTINGS>GAMER UTILITIES. Choose Mass Effect 2, than "Convert Mod". Browse your newly created .tpf. Convert it to .mem (Name don't matter).
6 - IF and only IF it gives you an error because some .pcc have been added since last MEM scan (maybe it's a specific issue from my end but I'd rather be exhaustive), and if like me those .pcc files are : STARTUP_FRA and other STARTUP_(language), you can go with the Windows Explorer and rename them manually to STARTUP_x.pcc.bak, except for your current used language I guess. Than you return to step 5.

Issue with my workaround : Miranda's outfit changes too. Maybe it's supposed to do that anyway, IDK.
I'll edit if there is any long term issue.

Loved this mod and your others on ME2 are there any plans to port your mods to MELE2?

Could somebody please re-upload or send me the mod that adds Miranda's armor to Shepard's locker. I believe it was Dexter's Locker. Nexus seems to have deleted it.

Trying to use this with a lot and I only get Mirandas default texture on Shepard.

EDIT: Got it to work with ALOT.
Had to use ME3Explorer to extract the texture as .dds file, then use MEM to create a .mem from the extracted .dds texture. Then AFTER installing ALOT normally, I used MEM to insteall the .mem I created. Took me 2 days to figure that out.

      Hello Stinker666,

Can you share your .mem file and explain how to install it?

      Thanks a lot!

Took some work but finally got this working (and Blur Rose armor). I followed darthhydrae's instructions below and was then able to instal the textures through ALOT no problem. Great texture mods!

You have not given complete instructions. The .tpf files still need to be installed. Just saying "use texmod" isn't enough information. If you make the .tpf files compatible with ALOT Installer you will save people many headaches. I Really want to use this mod, but it's taking me hours to figure out. In a recent post one user mentions installing with MEM... but I don't know what that is.. Mass Effect Manager? Never heard of that.

Can anyone add some clarity to this issue? :)

      1. Drag & drop the TPF file over the ALOT Installer. Install.
      2. Do the coalesced edit described in the description, ideally with the ME2 Coalesced Editor instead of notepad++, so you don't need the coalesced fixer.

      Hey CreeperLava,

I did just that, but when installing, I get the error "Some userfiles could not be built."

Texmod is no longer available. Well the link you provided is no longer available. Why this thing doesn't work with A Lot installer, which is by far the best thing that could happen to Mass Effect modding scene? The A Lot installer is extremely easy to use, just drag and drop what you want and the installer will install it. This should be made compatible with A Lot installer.
