Hi sorry for doing it on here but im on xbox so to report bug i would have to somehow download the mod from here , any way ,once i had bug it was showing my SS icon along with the cave icon and instead of country crossing (no active quests in commonwealth only active i had was to go back to nuka world to speak with 3 bosses) it was showing dimmed quest mark ,also i disabled it i got mods to disable fx enable colours ,and all markers on map i placed that one higher than those other mods hoping markers would override it ,without success the one for markers was also an .ini tweak , mod is really heplpul ,im not modder myself but i understand quite a lot about it , im gonna keep on trying still but im on xbox so im a bit limited now it show SS as cave not along with it and country crossing is orginal marker is not ther instead i got dimmed quest mark still just yellow coloured
I see below that I'm not the first to complain about this. It is not just changing my map symbol into that of a cave, but also my companions, power armor and that of selected settlers from the Settlement Management Software mod. And when you look at your map you no longer get a direction to those selected objects.
Fortunately this is a mod that I can easily live without.
there are so many files to pick from to download... why complicating things? i just want simple zoom out mod for local map to be like in fallout 3 and new vegas. i mean thanks. options are nice but, come on. game doesn't need to be modified THAT much people
Hello! On the main page it says that you can not find a link for the Russian translation. Russia is far away, but it's not Antarctica:) I attach a link, if someone needs it. Thank you for your excellent work. https://gamer-mods.ru/load/fallout_4/interfejs/satellite_world_map/130-1-0-4462

1. Install: JPEXS Flash Decompiler
2. Get these: ( https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html ): - Flash Player projector THIS: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/32/flashplayer_32_sa.exe - Flash Player projector content debugger THIS: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/32/flashplayer_32_sa_debug.exe - PlayerGlobal (.swc) THIS: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/updaters/32/playerglobal32_0.swc
Drop the files to the same folder you've just installed JPEX to (or put them anywhere you prefer - just remember the path, as you'll need it).
3. Run JPEX and go to SETTINGS > ADVANCED SETTINGS > PATHS And set paths 1) 2) 3) to corresponding files (the ones downloaded just beforehand): 1) flashplayer_32_sa.exe 2) flashplayer_32_sa_debug.exe 3) playerglobal32_0.swc
4. Use B.A.E. - Bethesda Archive Extractor - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/78 to extract Fallout4 - Interface.ba2 (Fallout 4/Data) and get these 2 files: - Pipboy_MapPage.swf - fonts_en.swf
5. In JPEX open your Pipboy_MapPage.swf (will ask for fonts_en.swf - you should agree to use it)
6. When file is opened, on the left panel find and select: scripts > WorldMapHolder
7. Now you should see contents of the WorldMapHolder (ActionScript source panel). The numbers shown are my settings for 4k Satellite Color World Map Combo - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9414
MIN_SCALE = 0.38; (default 0.75) - This is the max Zoom-out MAX_SCALE = 4; (default 5) - This is the max Zoom-in MOUSE_WHEEL_ZOOM_SPEED = 0.04; (default 0.15) - The scroll speed MOUSE_DRAG_MOVE_SPEED = 2; (default 1) - how fast you move map with the mouse cursor
8. TO EDIT THE NUMBERS look at the RIGHT panel in JPEX (P-code source panel) and under it there is a button which you should use: Edit P-code
9. Edit corresponding numbers, save the changes in P-code panel, than SAVE the whole file (top bar > File > Save)
10. Drop your edited file (Pipboy_MapPage.swf) to Fallout 4/Data/Interface (no need to use fonts_en.swf)
11. FIN. Enjoy!
(The only minor nuance is that at MAX Zoom Out, uppermost map borderline is just little out of screen (in my case at least). It is nothing, really - just a tiny bit. BTW, for 1080p I use this ini tweak for Pip-Boy (in Fallout4Prefs.ini):
