Great Idea for a mod... I'm getting tired of having to choose the same perks for every character build because they are a nessessity to deal with exploring the wasteland..lockpicking and hacking to name a few..lol Great Job!!! gunna give this mod a go when i get home)
The lack of options for Lockpicking and Hacker is the reason I made this mod. Since you could potentially buff your skills enough using Mentats to get the difficult hacks or locks in the previous games.
