This adds Jangles The Moon Monkey as a follower. He has no commands and cannot be dismissed. He does fight, mellee only though unless you reverse pickpocket weapons and ammo onto him(untested). To get him to follow simply wait and he will show up. If you get tired of him following you then simply kill him! He is protected so NPC's wont kill him but the player can. Don't worry if you want him to follow you again simply go to any workshop and make a new one.... Or a whole army of Jangles! He is under the special category.

Now there is a Jangles outfit the player or NPC's can wear! Either kill Jangles to get it or go to the playground in Concord and check the flying saucer. The outfit has good resistance and armor rating, plus 1k rad resist.

The Jangles outfit and helmet has been remade so it no longer crashes the CK(old version of Outfit Studio causes the CK to crash), he will teleport to the player like any follower, should try to get into an elevator, and fast travels with the player. CTD issue should be gone as well.
