Just delete what you have added (Reshade file, Reshade.fx and dxgi.dll)...

Put this https://rd.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5347 in your main Fallout 4 folder and double-click it. It saves a bunch of time, plus it knows what to get rid of.

When I look at the mod list in game, this (along with texture optimization project) doesn't show up, however it is installed according to Nexus. Is this right? Is it actually installed?

    Any help appreciated!

This is hands down the best Reshade mod. I have a 980Ti and get a maximum hit of 5fps which is fantastic.

The visual fidelity is great, colours and clarity strike a perfect balance without being overdone. I did use the SweetFX sharpening .cfg from Cinematic Excellence since I like the medium sharpening effect when using Reahade and felt this stock wasn't sharp enough for my taste.

Highly recommended. This mod has the least FPS hit without sacrificing visuals. I am using the Basic for now.

    Cannot endorse this enough.
