Fixed FOMOD, Added and fixed up a few things but not by much.. I'm still working on 3 mods. Slow time effects are not working. So.. WIP basically but gotta upload what I can.

Removed Liberty and (Alien) for they became redundant when I found out their effects and shaders were similar to critical blue and red laser hits. Added special ops as requested by Razakel. Latest in successful experiments. One more thing to fix...

Pure energy damage weapons should get the boost now. Added 3 variants of Zeus' Crafted effects: Radioactive, Poisonous and Eletrical.

Got a working fix on radiation resistance by adding an effect from hazmat suit, I believe. Changed form ID, name and description to reflect that. You might still take radiation from being hit by enemies like radscorpions though.

Fixed the gunslinger bug (therefore should work with that reperkification mod). The Vampiric and Eagle Eye modifications have TEST to their name, meaning they may not work. These effects are on hold for now.
