I like the radios idea - when I first started playing FO4 I thought they DID raise happiness. It only makes sense.
I was just wondering - anyone else having a problem setting these down? Mine will only go on the floor - I just can't get them to sit on the tables/counters. I really like the concept, but until I resolve that issue I can't really endorse.
P.S. - another item - in case you were considering expanding this with the radios - are the flamingos. Whats the point of them if they aren't making folks happy seeing them?

I have texture mods that change the look of both Blast Radius (into Monopoly) and the chess board (adds chess pieces to the board) and since I see there's nifs involved, this means the mod won't overwrite any textures, right?.
