Lowers the perk requirement for pipe weapon mods to make them more useful in the early game and viable in the mid-game.

This mod makes a few changes to perk requirements to craft specific pipe weapon mods.
Personally I found playing a stealth character early game was extremely limited to the bolt-action rifle with the suppressor bought from Drumlin Diner.
Pipe Revolvers also had an unnecessarily high perk requirement to craft some of their mods, making them even less appealing than they already are. (In the vanilla game, suppressors require rank 3 Gun Nut, by this point, you would have vastly better weapons.)

The intention is not to skew balance too much, but to allow more choice/customisation with early game weapons.
This may also make the survival difficulty experience a bit smoother in beginning for stealth based characters with earlier access to suppressors across all three variants of the pipe weaponry.

Only install one version.

Perk changes in both versions:

- Suppressors for all three pipe weapon types (Standard, Bolt-action and Revolver) have been lowered to rank 1. Down from 2/2/3.
- Marksman Stock and Recoil Compensating Stock for Pipe Revolvers have been lowered to ranks 1 and 2 respectively. Down from 2 and 3.
- Muzzle Brake for Pipe Revolver has been lowered to rank 1. Down from 2.
- .38 ammo conversion mod for the Pipe Revolver no longer requires Gun Nut and enemies can spawn with the mod from level 4 up. Down from rank 3. (.38 ammo conversion mods didn't drop in vanilla.)
- Powerful and Calibrated Powerful Receivers for Pipe Revolvers have been lowered to rank 1 and 2 respectively. Down from 2 and 3.

Additional Calibres version:

- Adds .44 ammo conversion mod to Pipe revolver, craftable with Gun Nut rank 2 as an alternative to the critical damage and accuracy bonus of the Calibrated Powerful receiver. Enemies can spawn with this mod from level 21 upwards. (Powerful Calibrated from level 19 and .308 from level 23)

Comparison to vanilla mods:

- Vanilla Calibrated Powerful Receiver - 50% increased damage, 100% additional Critical damage and 10% less spread.
- .44 ammo conversion - 60% increased damage, 20% faster fire rate and 15% faster reload speed.
- Vanilla .308 ammo conversion - 75% increased damage, 25% faster fire rate and 25% faster reload speed.




Compatibility:

Tested with Be Exceptional.
Should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change crafting recipes for Pipe Weapon mods.
