I'm going to be honest. I didn't know what i was doing when i made this.
In 2018 I just wanted to put a Servitron in Bunny out fit and make here sing in a 100% robot only settlement in a robot bar. I had to skim the wiki to find all the named robots, and then make questionable choices on witch were female.
When i add the snippet of code to the Automatron robots on creation all it is is a random pick for male/female. Things like AAF didn't exist or at least I don't think they did. (looking at you KRAKEN890 yes I did google that) I was still under the I'm pression that the "Lab" mods for Fallout 4 were still kinda wonky.
So yes this mod probably needs to stuff for compatibility. Am I the right person to do that? probably not.
If someone thinks they now what to do, I'm all ears. If someone "Steals" the idea and makes a new mod that works better will I be mad? No, I know I cant help you.
Also Enesin about "Lady Killer"/"Black Widow" this has always been the case. Gender is a Boolean, all npc have Gender. There is no such thing as genderless
I've seen the little bit of code for these perks, (its been a while though) and they just check gender. Unless I'm unaware race must get filtered or at least I hope it does. otherwise this would mean "Black Widow" is on all the time for literally everything that isn't human and female.
I really dont know.
[Update - 2/7/23] I'm still alive. If any one is actually using this. I would like antidotal evidence it still works for others... I am about to start a play through so i might answer this faster myself.

For one - this isn't save-game compatible, is it? I installed the mod, but unfortunately, ADA still seems to return a 'null' when GetIsSex is used. Unless there's a console command to force recognition, I'm doubtful that it'll work in progress, but I'd like to verify that.

It was my first and only mod.... and I actual use it. but i dont play fallout enough... the only reason this is existed... was singing settler does a gender check when picking male or female songs. so it was only ever used on randomly crafted servitrons form that mod.
If i could i would offer up this mod to someone with more knowledge and time...
You're an absolute pal for replying, but I think it's just not as simple to do as I want. I'm trying to cram too many mods together, and chasing the path of least resistance (probably) isn't going to work here. Which is too bad; I specifically wanted to flirt with ADA, but so it goes!

Keep in mind that with either the "Lady Killer" or "Black Widow" perks, you now have a damage bonus vs roughly 50% the robots you meet. Overall, this helps make the game easier.
Amazing you a HERO this is perfect, I have all in AAF and is working perfect, the only problem is assaultron in AAF don't apear in the atomic lust menu.

So I'm confused (I'm sorry for my utter stupidity in advance)
So the console code is going to turn a male assaultron into a female (which from what I've seen can work) but I cannot seem to get this to work as it only shows Ada as an assaultron and not a normal female in the AAF menu. I may just be putting in the console command wrong, just needing to know
Hey, the mod Seem to be working fine with Servitrons, but for some reason Ada is still flagged as male. Could it be because I installed this mod when I already had her as companion? Also sexchange command doesnt seem to be doing anything. Weird thing.
This mod seems to be really necessary for my playthru. However, there's one thing about it that still has worried. the name bug - has it been fixed? If not, will it be?

I restarted my game and it seemed to fix itself???
but still looking for a good animation pack for female assaultrons so if anyone has any good ones, let me know!
