Version 1.3
Reduced Lumasharpen a tad further, while raising curves contrast slightly.
Created a performance version that embeds lumasharpen and technicolor into the enbeffect.txt file. Better performance for those who cannot run ReShade/SweetFX alongside an ENB. Still great visuals.
Performance version: reduced vibrance to 0.11, and adjusted color balance to remove the excessive "redness." This version now closely matches it's "big brother."

Adjusted the vibrance and contrast so colors were more natural.

Many small changes. Softened Lumasharpen from 2.07 to 1.73 to reduce jagged edges.
Reduced curves contrast in SweetFX from .21 to .11.
Reduced In-game contrast to .95, to soften the image a tad further.
Made the lighting plugin a separate download, for easy NMM installation.
