Black and red Vault suit

to install just unzip the archive into your fallout folder.

if you have not done so already you need to change a line in your ini file

(Documents\my games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini)

search for the line that reads sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

and change it to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\, VIDEO\

(that should pretty much cover any mod you install.)

for the texture to show up you need to have a Vault 111 suit-new (sorry female only at the moment)

if you don't have a new vault suit you can bring up the console and type.

player.additem 976B7 1

that will put one into your inventory
