This is a main menu replacer based on the UI found in Fallout 1 and 2. It also includes the main menu music from those games.

Classic Fallout Ambient Music (So much Nostalgia, even for FNV fans)
Fallout 1 and 2 Main Menu music (If you want the music but not my Main Menu)
Installation
Please use Nexus Mod Manager if you aren't proficient with modding. It'll do it all for you.
