Also happens to Institute Blue Lasers, I have deleted all laser and energy weapon mods, thinking it was their fault... it was the "bloody" blood mod all along. Who would'v thought...
Even though this mod doesn't modify the blue laser impacts, it might still fix 'em if it's loaded below EBT, but I'm not sure about that. They may have to be modified in this mod for them to override EBT's modifications.
Does this happen to you as well? I stopped using skibadaa bolt lasers because of that, red laser impacts using CIT weapons, I couldn't handle the red. My OCD impaired my senses everytime I fought the CIT
I do recall having seen red laser sparks on NPCs using the institute lasers, prior to making this, but I'd have to check and see if that's still occurring with this active.
I just did testing myself, shooting muties, Gunners, and even Dogmeat too, and plasma hits like plasma. Are you sure you don't have a mod in your load order that's mucking it up?
God blast it, yes, that's the real problem. I knew SOME mod was at fault for it but I couldn't remember what. That said though, this does fix the problem if you're running EBT, provided it's loaded below it, so it's not entirely pointless.

EDIT: 1.1's got the light blue effects in now, so it should override EBT's edits to 'em.
