Fixed navmesh for Vault-Tec Workshop DLC Vault Door

Added a copy of "Vault Door" from Vault-Tec Workshop DLC with new navmesh so NPCs will walk easily
through.
New "fixed" door are in "Structures / Vault / Doors" category.
Just two new records in esp file so there should not be any conflicts or load order issues.
