Adds a refillable Canteen. Fill with your choice of clean or dirty water, or of course, Nuka Cola Quantum. Filters Rads from water over some small amount of time, leaving the untouched part of the Canteen clean; if you drink it before it's done it'll be Radwater you're guzzling. Clean water from a Canteen gives 1 hp (yes 1 otherwise it's an infinite stimpack of sorts) and all three kinds (clean, dirty and Quantum) count as survival water, also I've tweaked my Quantum somewhat. I got a guy makes me special Organic Quantum Soda syrup from weed, mutfruit and some kinda mushrooms so it doesn't do much bad stuff to you, man, just a caffeine buzz and some healing energy sent your way.  


Requires Nuka World

Note that you have to be in Nuka World at the River of Quantum to fill it with Quantum, you CANNOT fill it from a bottle, and it takes longer than filtering Rads does. Also note that this mod incorporates an override to the Vanilla Quantum Water in Nuka World so is incompatible with any mods that also change the River of Quantum water somehow, and I cannot guarantee Quantum compatibility with any mods that make huge changes to the Bottling plant Cell in Nuka World. However dirty or clean water will always work and my mod shouldn't break anything vital  if it crosses wires with something else, Quantum refills just won't work, so go nuts if you feel like it.
