Yet another build on my (everyone's) favorite settlement, courtesy my Japanese American character.
The goal was to play with traditional Japanese style elements while preserving the rusted, busted aspects of Fallout 4's aesthetic that I love. Hopefully, the end result is a happy marriage of the two.
OVERVIEW
Tons of detail packed into a relatively small space, with some subtle high-tech aspects that hopefully make sense when you see the living quarters.

MODS USED
Since I know there are a lot, I've tried to break them down with descriptions for people who might be interested in the blueprint but short on .esp space. That said these are all very high quality mods, and many are popular so you are probably already using them!
