My own heavily defended castle that I now be able to share it because of the transfer settlement mod
(Do not download with Nexus Mod Manager)
Download, and unzip it. place the "bp_victor_castle_Heavy.json" in to directry 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 (just use the empty one) under:
\\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\(if no folder under blueprints make one and name it as "1", you can have up to 10 blueprint in that folder at anytime)

SnapBeds - Usable Bunk Beds - Mix and Match Beds
Happy Maker 9000
All-in-one Settlement Solution
Advanced Settlement Turret Set (Choose the no power option)
Advanced Bubble Turret Set (Choose the no power option)
Be aware that my castle will require heavy duty graphic card and cpu when you defend it against the Brotherhood after you shoot down their airship. (I'm on 2x GTX 1080 Ti SLI & a i7-6950x. During the Defend the Castle (vs BoS), frame rate will drop below 30fps sometime. do quick save.
For the power, food, and water, I use the All-in-one Settlement Solution mod and console command it to generate more power and resource. If you want to do it without cheating go ahead but don't tell me.
