if you are using or want to use Laterallis popular mod "Repaired Sanctuary Roofs" use this file instead :

Installation notes:
- please uninstall previous Version before installing [777] Modern Residences Rebuild Basic Version 1.2

so here it is:
Sanctuary - Modern Residences Rebuild
Features:
- this mod brings back the collapsed houses in Sanctuary.
- fully navmeshed, so that all NPCs can use them.
- added snappoints, so that you can add doors in workshop mode.
- added ambient sound
- added interior acoustic space sounds
- 100% in accordance with the game's immersion.
- 100% lore-friendly.
How to use:
If you use this mod with a new game: The new residences will become accessible when you scrap the destroyed houses rubble.
If you use this mod with an existing game: Make sure that you clear up the fundaments of the destroyed houses first.
