Love the idea but I'm having trouble getting it to work with Patch Job and Repaired Sanctuary Roofs. Changing the load order allows the new houses to have repaired roofs but the existing vanilla houses (pre-mod) do not.

Any tips in getting them to work with one another please? Or have a combination of mods and load order that works without any faffing around? xD

Just wanted to let you know my experience with your mod. I downloaded today because I couldn't get the "Repairable Sanctuary" mod to rebuild those destroyed houses. Your mod did as advertised, but I had one problem which was that I scrapped the destroyed house across from the main house and put in a farm. Your mod replaced that house on top of the farm, but my scrapping mod was able to remove it and the farm was intact. I was worried that scrapping that house would create massive pre-culling that I experienced with other Sanctuary mods but happily none occurred. Well done and heartily endorsed.

This is awesome idea! But in my case it didn't worked very well...
First thing - Reworked Roads reverted back to original roads after installing this mod.
    Rebuilded houses appeared
but there is another problem. I'm using mod "Sanctuary Hills - Repair and Cleanup" by the wickerman34 version 1.0 (replacer for roof meshes and textures only).
after installing Modern Residents Rebuild Basic, rebuilded houses appeared with repaired roofs, but existing houses reverted to destroyed roofs.

      Thanks for your feedback.
Yes, this mod may conflict with any other mod that changes meshes or textures of the original references of the houses in sanctuary.
Sanctuary - Reworked Roads should work fine. Please try to unistall and reinstall again.
Edit: Some Mods causing conflicts with Sanctuary - Reworked Roads. Place my mod at or near the bottom of your load order. This should help

I think re-textures are fine, I am using http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23070/? with no problems at all.

I installed both this and the Reworked Roads mod and the roads were broken and lots of the scrap couldn't be deleted to clean up Sanctuary.
I tried reinstalling the Reworked Roads but still the roads were broken.

I noticed that LOOT was moving Reworked Roads above Sanctuary Residences so I moved Reworked Roads to the bottom of the list and the roads look great and the scrap can be scrapped.

I'll be posting in the LOOT forums to see if they can update the masterlist to fix this

      Hmmm, using LOOT myself,
and i am using my mods for a long time now,
moving them up and down in the load order with no issues....

I might have a go at working out which mod in my load order is conflicting with it but putting it at the bottom has worked for me so far.

my guess is that once you get near 200 mods anything can cause a conflict

Nicely done. I've always wanted to be able to rebuild the houses. I do have one request. It would be great if you could put some acoustic spaces in the rebuilt houses just like the ones in the vanilla houses. That way it doesn't sound like I'm missing a roof when I enter the rebuilt houses.

      Nice suggestion

I have implemented interior acoustic spaces and ambient sound to Version 1.2

So for an existing file, we have clear first before installing or?

Yes, its recommended that you clear your foundations first on an existing game to avoid your placed objects conflict with the new buildings.
Maybe its possible to move or delete your placed objects after installing this mod...but with no guarantee
