If anyone is wondering, there is a way to be able to scrap the clothes and mutant armor at an armor workbench, it requires another mod called "Legendary Modification"
Actually it how I scrap a lot of things either at the station or dropping things on the ground with reach of a workshop! and dropping things is how I get my yellow build bar down as well , takes a few minutes and its green again ^.^ ..
Hello, ran into a group of ferals which was nice to loot their cloth armor and a couple of super mutants was able to get their armor but back at sanctuary I could store the armor into it , if I wanted to but nothing showing or showed as being used used for cloth or other wise on both types of mutants and ferals no scrap option, even at the armor station, neither of feral or mutant armor showed for scrapping whilst in my inventory o.O ?? Endorsed still !
iirc even normal clothes and armor does not auto scrap, you have to manually do it. I've never scrapped at armor benches before so i cant say anything about that, but it definitely works if you drop them then scrap in build mode, see the screens. [if that still doesnt work you might have another mod overwriting the scrap form lists]
I would definitely like to request a Vanilla version of this. Seeing all that scrap armor I could be turning into turrets, generators and fortifications hurts me on the inside.
