Okay, I fiddled around and figured it out. TL;DR: THE FILE HERE IS INCOMPLETE/WILL NOT WORK, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO TRY THIS, GET IT FROM BETH.NET The file uploaded here has only 39kbs, while the one on beth.net has 80kbs. Simply put, Andronicus must've uploaded the WIP mod file by mistake instead of the finished one.
The one on beth.net works just fine, simply go there, add it to your library, then download it from the ingame mod menu. - Yes, it works on Steam too since it logs you in to beth.net to access the ingame [MODS] menu from the main menu.
That said, outside of RP value this doesn't add much, really, just an owned bed and a few owned containers in the Nucleus. - The interior cell is one room only, which is okay, decently decorated, but it only has Weapons, Cooking, Chemistry and Power Armor workbenches. No armor workbench, so the "set" is incomplete, despite there still being plenty of empty space in the room.
My last input? The work benches in the cell aren't even linked, I tested, so at the end of the day, there really is no difference between using those or just using the work benches in the Nucleus itself. - So even if you download the working file (aka not the one here on Nexus), you're still not getting a proper home base, just an extra interior cell with a few player-owned containers.
Also, there are no quest restrictions or anything, it's very bare-bones, but it's a cute concept. - Wish Andro would've, well, finished it.
You're right and I'm an idiot. Apologies to everyone who might have tried to get this mod to work here on the nexus and failed. I was positive I was using the same version of the mod to test and upload to the nexus and Beth.net. And stupidly didn't investigate further. I should have and that's on me.
I've uploaded a corrected version which should be the exact same as the Beth.net version. Too little too late I'm sure. I'm using the nexus version myself now and accessed the cell successfully so it should be good now.
Fair critique as well - I never really intended this mod to be anything more than a personal little roleplaying addition. Just something I created for my own Children of Atom character to make him feel more like a proper 'Inquisitor' and wanted to share.
This was just what I was looking for! Nothing too fancy or overpowered, and the lighting was just right for my sensitive eyeballs.
My only regret (which has nothing to do with this wonderful abode) is that there are so few quests to do for glory of Atom. I felt like I was just settling in--I knew who most of the other Children were, survived a harrowing trip to the Vim! pop shop factory, finally discovered where the weapons merchant was located within the Nucleus, plus I now had a sweet place to stay --only to discover that I had actually completed all of the currently available quests. Now I have to leave my comfortable haven to go help out the harbor and DiMA in order to get things rolling again.
You should be able to access the room as long as you can get into The Nucleus itself.
Make sure your .esp is activated and that you don't have a mod conflict. Anything that changes The Nucleus cell in some way will potentially conflict with the mod.
So I checked things and uh... Firstly the door you pointed out as entrance has not changed at all and secondly there is a cell added by the mod but it's an empty concrete room with no furniture or an exit attached to the door.
this mod would have really perfected one of my chars but since there is only an esp. file and nothin else to download it doesn´t work ...a real shame ...
Download it, drop it in your Fallout 4/Data folder and activate it using NMM or through the mod menu in-game. That's it.
There's no textures or meshes because it doesn't add any new models or re-texture anything. It uses all in-game assets provided you have Far Harbor installed..
Make sure you have the .esp activated and when you do, go inside the nucleus and find Zealot Ware near the front of the sub. The entrance is the door right next to him.
