Adds a simple cozy living space geared towards an Atom's Inquisitor
character (i.e. siding with the High Confessor during the Far Harbor
main quest).

Its located in The Nucleus inside the previously inaccessible building
(the small concrete structure with the boarded up windows) right where
Zealot Ware is standing in front of the sub. You'll find a notice
outside the door.

Full of an Inquisitor's favorite things, and a few bits of lore material
to add to the atmosphere.
