    Looks good, but it won't work with either of the two most popular Red Rocket settlement blueprints, since they build on this spot. If using the mole rat den isn't possible, I would suggest locating the entrance next to the mole rat den entrance, or, perhaps down the cliff from the billboards, since this would place it just outside the build area. Even most settlement expansion mods don't go down the hillside toward Concord nor do most include the entrance to the mole rat den, so either spot would greatly improve compatibility.

    Polite request - could you make this basement in the same cell as red rocket and make entry(stairs) inside red rocket? I've seen this done so i am certain this is possible. There is a mod that has a room under red rocket without any loading doors that says in description something about coolant storage.

    good placement but wow dogmeat ran through and everything went ..well everywhere. like the design a lot but static items (a few) might be a good idea

      which items in particular?
      I only had some problems from timt to time with the crates of water...
      I made e new version with most of the water being static items, that should help a bit =)

      I'd suggest taking a cue from Elianora and making pretty much EVERYTHING static.

      Having said that, I really like the look of the mod, and find that it fits quite well into the space (even with the molerat caves under the RR). It also saves me having to use up one of my Basement Living outposts.

      Bonus points for the lovely double-sleeping-bag bed.

      obviously? how is it obvious? lol, I installed the mod and went to that one because it was closest to sanctuary it was not there.

    Just a suggestion - when your mod has requirements it's most helpful to possible users to list them on your description page (or did I somehow miss this). This looks nice btw - wish I'd had all the necessary DLCs to give it a try.

    Only worry I have is that it's within the settlement area for Red Rocket, and thus, might interfere with other mods that affect Red Rocket.

      It only adds a trapdoor close to the building wall and 2 bushes...
      I hope that doesn't interfere at all.
      Some feedback about that would be good =)

      Don't think that it would interfer with my settlement expansion, since yours only affects the level underneath and doesn't change anything about the vanill RR-cell.

      Just one thing though: a cooking place for WOOD, underneath, without a ceiling or something ?

    theres already a molerat cave/den area that goes under redrocket exactly where this would be. you could just design it to replace that, maybe?

      there's a cave under the red rocket station? O_o
      didn't know that^^ never been there...
      just looked it up, would make a nice cozy place lol

    Love the lighting, looks like a cosy little place. Are you using additional texture packs, or is that the ENB making everything look so sharp?

      I have a few additional texture packs...but mostly it's probably the ENB =)
