I got a quest to go help one of my settlements, and the settler Im supposed to talk to is a cat. I cant talk to a cat. How am I supposed to do this quest? lol
will i be able to equip the kids with armor and clothing & weapons, or will that be too much of a hassle? The thought of a child defending Sanctuary with an explosive minigun would be really amusing to watch.
OK this is funny cause it replaces the main spawn pool for NPC Settlers, so anything else that uses it like random events, (death of a friend grave scene), or mods will spawn a cat or a naked kid instead of the adult NPC Human. LOL Seeing my scavenging team have a cat as a guard was hilarious. But having Dogs and cats as "settlers" kinda sucks, they can't really defend as well as a human. Nice mod tho.
Mr. Aldjern, is possible to overcome this mod while still having workshop animal NPC'S by downloading three mods that work wonders. Robot Home Defence, Settlement Gardener Bot and Prewar Settlements. I will list them below so you could find them easy.
These three mods make it possible to have extra areas that are settlement mods like vault 111 exterior and even the holotape worlds workable without having any settlers and it makes it fun to add this to more bottomless fun. The travel to prewar sanctuary allows players to automatically have prewar settlers on the settlement, however there is no way to make them work so the settlement gardener bot and his assistant come in handy here.
can you add a varient to this mod that only adds kids and normal settlers? i've been trying to grow my populations on survival mode and the animal settlers appear far too often. ive only gained 1 settler in 12 hours.
This mod looks interesting. I've wanted to have kids running around my settlements for realism sake, but many of the mods out there cause too many conflicts. I'm guessing this one has a far lighter footprint. Is it compatible with the big settler mods, such as Don't Call Me Settler, Better Settlers, and the like?
