The top part of the helmet seems to stretch when facing left or right, it's worse when you crouch. However, this is the only mod that adds the welding helmet down permanently, it does a decent job.
I tried to replace vanila welding helmet with your mesh without any changes just rename and place as it is in vanila but in game it appears flat and streched . Maybe you know what is the reason Your mod works perfect as it is on screens everything is normal
Thank you for this mod. Now my Dreadnaught Helmet by MadMAX713 can have a closed version. Changed some attributes to match the Dreadnaught in FOedit lol.
Strange but Women doesn't have it down and their face disappeared you might want to look into that. I Deleted your mods used the console to get a welding helmet on my female character and it back to normal.
Yes. As I said in the description, I'm working on the mesh for the female helmet. I'm nearly finished but am experiencing a few problems. I will release it as soon as it works right.
Looking forward to the update! Hope all goes well. I also noticed that the hitbox on the helmet in VATS is broken, having a nearly 0% chance to hit even at point blank range.
Its on the scribes level lists, which means that it'll have a chance to spawn on them when they attack your settlements or checkpoints after the BoS are destroyed, also in institute quests to steal BoS schematics.
That being said, it would be nice if he added them to the Forged level list too, would fit in quite well on them imo.
I'd love to do this but I'm waiting until I can release an update that has a female helmet and fixes the level list problems. Hopefully this will be soon.
That would be really cool. I always thought that when F4SE was more developed I would have something that when the PC pressed a key they could switch between the helmets, giving a small boost in DR. But I could make NPCs do that now, using the new animation tools which have been released. I'll defiantly look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Any chance of one using the animation from when NPC's are working trigger by combat? :-)
Would love to see a helmet that flips down!
however you'll feel the burn later at night
