Make sure to understand that, I recommend to follow my instruction and install my mod manually. You can see in my description the installation guide and in the readme too. I know NMM is pretty fast but this can't install reshade mod because NMM just automatic install the file in data folder. You can use it for music and video but honestly I more recommend to just follow my instruction. This isn't take more time and it's easy. The atmosfear preset: copy all the 3 files and paste on the fallout 4 directory (NOT IN DATA,) the music and video folder go in DATA folder overwrite the file. And finally if you're new in fallout moding you have to had a line in document/fallout4.ini (just read this in the installation instruction.
I really love this preset! I hadn't really realized this until after I installed it, but if by chance I want to use the Vanilla Soundtrack would I have to reinstall Fallout 4?
I only made a backup of the MenuIntroLoop file as stated in the installation notes. I didn't see anywhere in the notes anything about making a backup of the Vanilla Soundtrack.
This is probably a dumb question, but won't that disable all the in-game music? When I installed the music from your preset I did the normal copy and paste and could've sworn it overwrite my music folder?
you listed the complete rooting, but some of your recommended mods list the empty line of code.
btw a little typo: under installation 5) change mcfy into mcfx. i was using the search function from os like a retard, to find mcfy ^^
was starting fallout 4 with this and have to say that the sound is nicu. have to look into it a bit for the different lightning conditions.
post testing:
1 thing i dont like: when you are moving, like in walking or just changeing the view => the compass and stamina are resizing and appear to be flickering. looks kinda weird and irritating and at the same time the lower half of the screen has some "real" weird flickering going on. on old tv systems when they were running analog, you saw a stripe running from the top to bottom and starting at top again (under some conditions). but here there are 2 or 3 stripes as said, at the lower half on the screen in fixed locations. had this issue (stripe running top/bottom) in skyrim/msg 5 when i used the vga port on my lcd screen, but after getting a digital connection it was solved. so i tried another enb which is using ReShade "Vintage Film Looks - ReShade". there these stripes aint appearing. [gtx 970 with latest drivers in use]
beside this flickering the look is boobtastic. nice shadows, nice graininess and some dark fantasy look. NICUUU
I don't mean to judge. But it looks like "photorealistic" in this case amounts to distorting or obscuring the image until the poor graphic fidelity of older games becomes indiscernible. Just like the user bellow said, it is like squinting your eyes just so you don't have to see what is truly there. It says something about human nature and their tendency to willingly ignore and twist the truth about many great things.
Photorealistic doesn't mean it has to be washed. It's like you take a picture and lower the opacity with a black background, same effect as seeing something with squinted eyes.
Can you be more explicit? Can you post a photo ? Because in my computer this look smooth and balanced in dark tone and bright tone. Contact me if you need any help
A lighter version coming soon some screen setting are too dark with my reshade but i work on it and a new version without this effect can solve this problem
